Return & Exchange Policy

Policy
Refunds are processed in the form of store credit. Merchandise or shoes must be returned within 30 days after delivery effective 4/17/2022.
A Store Credit or Exchange at equal value is granted for unworn apparel and shoes returned with original tag attached and box and show no physical signs of wear. 
There is a No Return on Final Sale, Accessories, Swimsuits, and Bodysuits. Shipping cost is non refundable, and the return cost is paid by the customer; unless it is a shipping error of LucyyLunaee.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed and inspected to apply Store Credit or Exchange.
Store Credit or Exchange must be utilized or accepted within 12 months from the date of  issuance. 
 
To process your return, please utilize the Return Portal by copying the link below.
https://lucyylunaee.com/apps/return_prime . Enter your order number, email or telephone number to locate your purchase for processing. The Return Portal will inform you whether your return status has been accepted or declined . An accepted return will be issued a store credit in the amount of purchase, excluding the shipping cost. A declined return will be issued an email explanation followed by the return of your purchase. 

Damages and issues 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
